Class C RV

A Class C RV, is a popular and versatile choice in the world of recreational vehicles, it strikes a harmonious balance between the compact Class B van and the more spacious Class A motorhome. A Class C RVs is a motorhome that combines the conveniences of a home on wheels with the familiar structure of a van or truck chassis. These mid-sized RVs typically range from 20 to 33 feet in length. Basically if you can Drive a U-Haul you can drive a Class C.

Size & Structure

Class C RVs feature a distinctive overhang, often referred to as the "cab-over" area, which accommodates an extra sleeping space or storage compartment.

Built on a truck or van chassis, Class C RVs are larger than Class B vans but smaller than Class A motorhomes.

Interior Space

The interior of a Class C RV is spacious and well-designed, offering a separate living area, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping quarters.

The cab-over section typically serves as a sleeping or storage space and provides a distinctive look to Class C RVs.

chassis

Built on a truck or van chassis, Class C RVs inherit the drivability of their automotive counterparts. This design allows for a more familiar driving experience for individuals accustomed to handling trucks or vans.

Driving Experience

Driving a Class C RV is generally more straightforward compared to the larger Class A motorhomes. The cab-over design doesn't compromise visibility, and the driving experience is akin to handling a large truck or van. If you have ever driven a U-HAUL truck before, you can drive a Class C RV.

utility hook -ups

While Class C RVs are capable of off-grid travel, they are often utilized in campgrounds with full utility hookups. This allows RVers to enjoy the comforts of home, including electricity, water, and sewer connections.

Sleeping Capacity

This is where Class C RVs shine. Class C RVs are well-suited for families or larger groups as they often have multiple sleeping areas, including a dedicated bedroom and the cab-over space.
